Lauderdale County supervisors announce the MAS 2027 County Employee Scholarship Program

The Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors announces applications are now being accepted for the Mississippi Association of Supervisors 2027 County Employee Scholarship Program. The program awards $500 scholarships to dependents of current or retired non-elected county employees.

 

Applications will be accepted from October 1, 2026, through February 1, 2027. Students must meet the eligibility requirements and submit a completed application packet, including GPA acknowledgement, county verification letter and an original essay.

 

The scholarship is open to county employees, family members or spouses of employees who plan to attend college, community college or trade school in state during the fall 2027 semester.
